NuSakola provides a subscription-based (SaaS) school management system, covering academic modules, online admissions, payments, and a student/parent portal.
2. Subscription & Payment
The service is provided based on a monthly or annual subscription scheme agreed between the school and NuSakola. Pricing details and validity periods follow the agreement in the official offer.
3. Data Ownership
Data entered by a school remains the property of that school. Schools may request an export of their data at any time during or after their subscription period.
4. User Obligations
Schools are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for keeping their users' account credentials confidential.
5. Limitation of Liability
NuSakola makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, but is not liable for losses arising from disruptions beyond reasonable control, including third-party network disruptions.
6. Service Termination
Schools may end their subscription according to the agreed notice terms. School data can be exported before access ends.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, with notice given to partner schools of any significant changes.
