NuSakola collects data needed for school operations, including student, teacher, and parent/guardian identity data (name, contact, national student ID), academic data (grades, attendance, report cards), and school payment transaction data.
2. How Data Is Used
Data is used solely to support the operations of the school in question - such as academic record-keeping, school-parent communication, and payment administration. Data is not used for purposes outside of these without consent.
3. Data Isolation Between Schools
Every school subscribed to NuSakola has data that is technically isolated from other schools. No school can access another school's data within the system.
4. Data Security
Sensitive data is encrypted and important system activity is recorded in an audit log for security and accountability purposes.
5. User Rights
Schools and users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data in accordance with applicable data retention policies, by contacting our team through the contact page.
6. Policy Changes
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to partner schools.
